Exchange and Return Policies

Purchases made in our online store (www.dosmulatas.com) may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value assuming the difference by the customer within a period of 8 business days and always presenting proof of purchase (ticket or email). The change can be made either due to size or due to a defect in the garment (clothing, loose seams, torn fabrics, unsewn buttons, color transfer).

Except for purchases made in the month of December, in which this term is extended up to a total of 15 days.

The product must be delivered in the same conditions that you received it. It must not be worn , washed or damaged . It must be in its original packaging and with labels.

Dos Mulatas will be responsible for the shipping costs only caused by defects or quality in the garments. For any other reason they will be borne by the client.

GUARANTEE

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, for this reason, if there is any problem with your product, you can request a guarantee exchange, it will be subject to the established conditions, times and policies.

WARRANTY REQUEST:

To request a guarantee on your product, you must send your request to the same email that the order received and you must also attach the photos that support your request, this will allow us to verify the imperfection of the product.

In accordance with the conditions, policies and times handled, we will send you the instructions to make your guarantee request effective.

MANUFACTURING WARRANTY:

It refers to those imperfections derived from the manufacture of the product, which may vary depending on the nature of the product, such as:

unstitched
Unglued
previous broken
Stains
bad seams
Damaged closures or zippers

GUARANTEE RESPONSE:

We will respond to your guarantee request as long as it is within the established conditions, times and policies. These can be found in the "CHANGE & RETURN POLICY".

RESPONSE TIMES AND SOLUTION TO GUARANTEES

These will depend on the magnitude of the inconvenience.

On average, warranties last 8 to 12 business days, not including shipping times.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Discounted products have no changes or returns.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We work with different carriers:Servientrega, DHL, Fedex and Express.

Dos Mulatas is not responsible for delays that occur due to carrier situations, acts of God or human errors in delivery.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

This product is available for immediate dispatch.

- Times depend on:

  1. payment verification
  2. Transportation time:Time taken by the carrier to transport and deliver the product. From one to three days to major cities
  3. If the shipment is in Cartagena, delivery will be made the same day of receipt of the order during business hours or the next business day.

- Once dispatched, the Guide is sent with the shipping information.
